Emergency Business Support Fund
This Emergency Fund is designed to support small businesses experiencing extraordinary hardship as a result of recent ICE activity, with a particular focus on Operation Metro Surge beginning December 15, 2025, and its direct impact on business operations across Minnesota.
We recognize that this period has caused significant disruption for business owners, employees, and customers. This application helps us understand your situation and determine how we can provide timely and appropriate financial support.
Confidentiality Notice:
All information shared through this application will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating eligibility and administering this Emergency Fund. Information will not be shared outside the review process except as required by law.

If your business is selected to move forward in the review process, you will be contacted and asked to provide additional documentation, as applicable.
Please be prepared to submit the requested documents within three (3) business days of being contacted.
Financial Documentation:
(*) If a Profit and Loss statement for January–December 2025 is not available, please submit the most recent Profit and Loss statement.
Alternative Financial Evidence, If the above documentation is not available, as applicable.

- Commercial lease agreement or mortgage statement
- Payroll expense documentation
- Documentation of business-related debt (e.g., loan statements)
- W-9 for the business and/or landlord
